Susil S Dungarwal has an experience of over 35 years in sourcing & merchandising as retail, real estate and sustainability professional. He was part of the most reputed & known retail chains of Department stores, Supermarkets, Lifestyle & specialty stores and has helped develop various retail concepts in India. Apart from that, he has worked with leading Shopping Malls across India, Iran, Nepal, Nigeria, Oman & Qatar. He has held leadership position for reputed groups such as K Raheja Group, Hiranandani Group, Prestige group, Emaar MGF, amongst others, in their retail and shopping mall forays. He has been a serial entrepreneur for over a decade; he helps real estate developers and retailers in enhancing the value of their assets (Shops and Malls). Currently he also holds leadership positions in companies such as Beyond Squarefeet, Beyond Talent, Terracon Ecotech, etc. His core strengths are Retailing, Shopping Mall Development, Marketing, Networking, Technology and Sustainability. He is a visiting faculty to the top business schools & also an author and blogger.

Ashok JAIN has 25+ years of work experience in diverse industries such as Agri – Business, Commodities, International Business Development, Environment, Financial services & Retail industry and has worked with several large corporate houses such as Australian Government (Austrade), Tata Group, RPG Group, Shoprite Group of South Africa, Alia Group and many others. He has exposure to several domain businesses like commodity procurement and trading, fresh produce supply chain management, currency trading, risk management, and international business development.

He holds post-graduate qualifications in management (MBA) and Law (LL.B.) from University of Mumbai. He is also a qualified Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Certified Investment Banker (CIB) from the ICFAI, Hyderabad, INDIA.
